Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a (Einwilligung), b (Vertrag), c (rechtliche Pflicht) und f (berechtigtes Interesse) DSGVO.
3. Hosting & Server-Logfiles
Die Website wird bei Cloudflare Pages gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (u. a. IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser/Betriebssystem, Referrer) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet; eine Zusammenführung mit anderen Daten erfolgt nicht. Es besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (Art. 28 DSGVO). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
4. Cookies
B. angesehenes Produkt, Warenkorb, Kauf) an Meta übermittelt.
Shop-System: Ecwid by Lightspeed (Lightspeed Commerce).

The controller is Velyx Run. The full address is in the Legal Notice. Email: mail@velyx.run
2. General
We process personal data only as far as needed to provide a functional website and our services. Legal bases are mainly Art. 6(1)(a) consent, (b) contract, (c) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest GDPR.
3. Hosting & server log files
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. On access, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser/OS, referrer) is processed in server log files; it is not merged with other sources. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies or local storage (e.g. theme setting, cart and your cookie choice). Non-essential cookies (marketing, see Meta Pixel) are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.
Meta Pixel: Only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice do we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). It lets us measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and show relevant ads there to people who have looked at our shirts. Cookies are set and data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and actions in the shop (e.g. product viewed, cart, purchase) are transmitted to Meta. Meta may link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account and may also transfer it to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting and transmitting the data to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta alone is responsible for any further processing. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings. More: Meta Privacy Policy.
5. Orders in the shop
To process orders we handle your order and billing data (name, address, email, etc.) to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Shop system: Ecwid by Lightspeed (Lightspeed Commerce). Retention periods remain unaffected.
Google Customer Reviews: After an order, a Google window may appear in which you can voluntarily agree to be asked by Google by email, after delivery, to rate your purchase. Only once you agree do we pass your email address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date to Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for this purpose. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. The window is loaded from Google servers only after your order is complete. More: Google Privacy Policy.
6. Payment
Depending on the payment method, we pass data to the respective payment provider (PayPal and Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay); their privacy notices apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Production & shipping (print-on-demand)
For production and shipping we pass your name and delivery address to our fulfilment partner Printful (Printful, Inc.). Any transfer to third countries (e.g. USA) is based on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
8. Contact & newsletter
Contact form: If you write to us via the form, we process your details (name, email, message) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Technical delivery is handled by the service Web3Forms (provider based in the USA), which only forwards the form data to us; any transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses). You can also reach us directly at mail@velyx.run.
Newsletter: By subscribing you consent to receiving news and drop announcements by email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive a confirmation email and are only subscribed once you confirm. Sending and management are handled via the service MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by messaging mail@velyx.run, which revokes your consent with future effect.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent given.
10. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
